G1) Brain Warmer Upper
G2) Free books
G3) Free  Literature Podcast

G1) Brain Warmer Upper

In marble walls as white as milk,
Lined with skin as soft as silk,
In a fountain crystal clear,
A golden treasure does appear.
There are no doors to this stronghold,
Yet thieves break in and steal the gold.

What is it?

G2) Free books

If you have a child between birth and age 5, you can sign up to have a free book mailed to your house each month through the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Check the website to see if it is available in your area: https://imaginationlibrary.com/

If you receive any books you don't need, you can always pass them on to another family, donate them to your local library or stick them in a little free library.  Little Free Libraries are popping up all over and offer a chance for people of any age to get free books and to give away books to others. So, if your kids are above age 5, you can get free books this way.  https://littlefreelibrary.org/

G3) Free Literature Podcast

This could be useful as part of a high school or middle school program...or for anyone interested in classic literature.

MICHIANA EVENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES

1) Homeschool Partnerships

If you live in the state of Michigan, you may want to look into a homeschool partnership to see if it is a good fit for your family. Several school districts across the state offer these programs. Many of them are registering for the next school year now or will be soon. Contact the school districts for information on what programs they may offer to homeschoolers of you are interested.
