2) Homeschool Performing Arts presents Annie Get Your Gun

Tickets are on sale now!!

"There's No Business Like Show Business," and nobody does it better than Irving Berlin! His classic musical comedy, Annie Get Your Gun, which has delighted audiences for more than 50 years, will conclude Homeschool Performing Arts' 2010-11 Season this May.

The show spins the story of Annie Oakley who manages to support her little brother and sisters with her sharpshooting. When Col. Buffalo Bill persuades Annie to join his Wild West Show, it only takes one glance for her to fall head over heels for the dashing star of show, Frank Butler. But she soon eclipses Butler as the main attraction which, while good for business, is bad for romance.

Annie Get Your Gun features a large cast of cowboys, Indians, and old-west style performers, with well-known tunes such as "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better," "I Got the Sun in the Morning," and of course, "There's No Business Like Show Business."  This musical is sure to hit the mark with audience members of all ages. (Hannah Doan as Annie Oakley and Josh White as Frank Butler)

Performances will be held at
Comstock Community Auditorium
2107 N. 26th Street.
