GENERAL INTEREST

G1) The HUB supports learning in the community

G1) The HUB supports learning in the community

What does the Homeschool HUB do besides support homeschoolers with a phone line and website and newsletter and yahoo group to share information, events, and ideas?  Besides the annual Showcase in the spring to let homeschoolers show off their skills and talents and projects and achievements?  Besides the annual Info Night in the fall to let homeschoolers connect with clubs, groups, tutors, and businesses that could help them?  Besides the classes we sponsor?  Well, the Homeschool HUB just donated two laptops to local Robotics teams (one to each team).  Now the future robot engineers of America have what they need to learn their craft--or at least the kids on the team have what they need to learn, build robots, problem solve, and compete.  Go get 'em!
