New Sotterlee Project International completes a variety of different programs in the area.  Some of these include an outdoor education program.  In the past we have completed programs such as how to identify plants (including which are edible and those that are not), walking quietly in the woods, 18th century fishing (learning the techniques and fishing poles that were used during that time), and a woods walk occurs at each outdoor education program.
